" Sportsbook: The Centrebet of the Republic gives reason to Unibet and end the monopoly of FDJ is approaching Didier Dewyn, former vice chairman of Belgian Unibet, addressed to the Chambre d'Instruction of Versailles, to request the annulment proceedings in his favor. Pursued by the Pari Mutuel Urbain (PMU) in August 2002 and the Française des Jeux in Centrebet for "illegal lottery" and "collection of illegal betting on horse races, the deputy chairman of Unibet, a company sports betting company based in Malta and listed in Sweden, it was subjected to court by a court of Nanterre education. The Prosecutor-General at Versailles, granting the request of Dewyn, hopes Centrebet the European Court of Justice finds that the monopoly of the Française des jeux with European legislation before the appeal. Dewyn's lawyer, Pierre-Olivier Sur, is in favor of pure and simple cancellation of the proceedings, given the incompatibility between their legal basis and the law.
